Benefits of Combining Advanced Analytics and Reconciled data
Emerson’s Plantweb Optics Analytics & Sigmafine Case Study
Manufacturers continue to see the value of applying advanced analytics in their operations to ensure the health and optimize plant-wide performance. However, analytics is only as good as the data feeding it. In this presentation, you will see a case study involving a process heater where advanced analytics and data reconciliation were combined to yield incremental benefits and root cause analysis capabilities. The practice featured in this presentation is a good example of closing the last mile between data and actionable insights and can be applied to most major process equipment like distillation columns, extraction units, etc.
