Achieving pacesetter performance in loss management using the right measurement and data management technologies

Maximization of the saleable yield is a common objective across the process industries. One of the means to achieve this goal is a loss reduction and control program. In this presentation, we will propose a framework to analyse losses applicable to any industry and discuss the best practices for the implementation of such program. We will also demonstrate the benefit through case studies.
